Selected by the European Commission in 2013, as one of the 40 “Erasmus Alumni Inspiring Careers”, created, designed and tested – assisted by pedagogist and neuro scientists specialists – the Decision Making Process DPM Programme. This Programme largely resulted from his professional and personal experiences. He is a former United Nations Officials , having worked for 12 years as Head of Security policies, dialogue and innovation at UNICRI where for six years he was member of the UN task force of the Secretary General on Counter – Terrorism policies. He has also worked as Senior Strategic Advisor for different entities among which the Confederation of the Italian Industries (Confindustria) and the Robert F. Kennedy Foundation where he founded and chaired the Robert F. Kennedy Flagship On Mediterranean Challenges. He is member of several Boards and Scientific Committee and he co-founded garagErasmus Foundation (the Official Erasmus professional network). Francesco Cappè has been lecturing and visiting fellow in prestigious international universities (i.e. Johns Hopkins University, Shanghai University of Political Science and law, Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies). He is Rector and Chief Academic Officer (CAO) of GUS and acting rector of GISMA Business School. He was awarded the Constance Meldrum prize for Vision and Leadership from the European Association for International Education (EAIE)that recognised him as a continuous innovator and driving force in the international higher education sector for over 25 years. They acknowledged the many ambitious and innovative internationalisation projects that were initiated under his leadership and in some cases resulted in the institution receiving awards for innovation and internationalisation

She received her Bachelor Degree in Law at the University of Babes Bolyai Cluj Napoca, Romania in 2009. She has a Master Degree in International Diplomacy from the Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies of the University of Malta. For some years Andra worked in law firms and other sectors both in Romania and Italy before moving permanently to Malta. In 2015, Andra underwent an internship period with the Malta-based Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean where she was assigned work related to Political and Security Related Cooperation.
Andra is a Romanian national with a cross-culture of international experience. She is a native speaker of Romanian language, fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and Hungarian.
Lecturer and researcher, he worked in various European Universities and Research Institutions. His main topics are related to Neuroscience and relevant analytical and theoretical models (e.g. in the Neuropsychiatric field: Affective Disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorders) as well as Behavioural Science. He is author of more than 150 scientific publications and invited speaker in several international meetings.
After moving to England in order to learn English for a few months, I went back to France and got my degree in Business Management and Organization in 2016. After obtaining my degree, I moved to Malta where I continued expanding my knowledge and professional experience.
I have now been working as an administrative and commercial assistant for several years, in different sectors. This allowed me to acquire the necessary skills to start as an independent virtual assistant.
